Сахарный диабет 2 типа, наряду с курением и артериальной гипертензией, является ключевым фактором риска развития периферического атеросклероза (в рамках макрососудистых осложнений). В отечественной и иностранной литературе представлены данные относительно особенностей клинической картины, стандартных методов диагностики и лечения больных с облитерирующим атеросклерозом на фоне СД 2 типа. Однако, несмотря на изученность вопроса и использование современных методов диагностики и лечения, прогноз заболевания остаётся серьёзным, а уровень сердечно-сосудистой смертности в данной когорте в 6 раз превышает общепопуляционный. В связи с этим, перспективным направлением работы мировых и российских учёных является разработка метода фармакогенетического тестирования, как инструмента персонализированной терапии коморбидных больных с периферическим атеросклерозом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The prevalence of atherosclerosis of the arteries of the lower extremities in the population is a socially significant problem in connection with high frequency of major amputation, disability and mortality in this group of patients. Diabetes 2 type along with smoking and arterial hypertension is a famous risk factor for peripheral atherosclerosis (in the limit of macrovascular complications). In Russian and foreign literature describes the clinical features, conventional methods of diagnosis and treatment of patients with obliterating atherosclerosis on the background of diabetes type 2. However, despite knowledge of the issue and the use of modern methods of diagnosis and treatment, the prognosis of the disease remains a serious, and level of cardiovascular death in this cohort is 6 times higher than the main population.
