На сегодняшний день более 250 генов доступно для фармакогенетического тестирования. Разумеется, врачу трудно овладеть этой информацией в полном объёме и уверенно чувствовать себя при интерпретации результатов всех фармакогенетических (ФГ) тестов. На помощь врачам пришли системы поддержки принятия решений (СППР) с фармакогенетическим модулем, которые представляют собой современные информационные технологии. В данном обзоре рассматриваются различные виды СППР, их устройство и принцип работы. Кроме этого обсуждаются проблемы внедрения ФГ тестов в реальную клиническую практику.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Pharmacogenetics is one of the major tools of personalized medicine. Currently, there are more than 250 genes which are available for pharmacogenetic (PG) testing. Obviously, clinicians can’t handle all this information and feel self-confident while interpreting PG results. Clinical decision support system (CDSS) is known to help clinicians manage the complexities of genetics at the point of care. This review presents different types of CDSS, their architecture and how they work.
